Refund policy

We love our customers and want you to love your purchases without the stress of being stuck with an item you don't like. We understand the difficulties of shopping online and will ensure to provide top notch service so you will always be happy shopping with us!

Return Policy

Sethana will accept, for return or exchange, items that are purchased off our website within 30 days of the purchase under the following conditions:

  • There is no visible signs of damage
  • All original packaging is intact
  • Any sign of damage will compromise the Sethana guarantee 

Item(s) cannot be returned or exchanged after 30 days of purchase.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate (under-garments) or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase (order confirmation email) with your order number.

For all returns of exchanges please contact Sethanat.b@gmail.com and provide them with your order number and reason for return or exchange. They will handle your request based on the rules stated in this page.

Late Delivery Refund

If an order takes longer than 3 days above the maximum predicted amount of days for delivery then the shipping fee can be fully refunded (the product cannot be refunded due to longer shipping time).

Refunding undelivered orderes

Any orders that cannot be tracked, are reported as missing and/or will likely not be able to be delivered will be eligible for a full refund.

Health and Safety: non-refundable used products

Certain cosmetic products cannot be returned if used due to health and safety reasons. Products such as creams, liquids and powders cannot be accepted for returns if they have been used. Electronic or solid products that haven't been used or are fully cleaned can be eligible for returns.

Submit a return request

Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.

1. Log in to your account:

    1. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".

    2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

    3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

4. Select a return reason, images of the product and packaging intact, and add a note for the store. ( If there is no space within the request to add the needed product images than please send the images to this email separately: sethanat.b@gmail.com and provide your product order number ).

5. Click "Submit request".

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you will receive an email with shipping instructions and you are responsible for shipping costs if you had purchased the product without chipping costs, If your product was purchased with shipping free then your returns will be free. After the product is returned and checked for damage, you will receive a refund.

Please make sure that the product is undamaged before submitting a return request, the product has to be of resalable quality so that future customers are not compromised.

There is no expected time frame in which the product has to be delivered by, therefore customers can choose the cheapest shipping rates as long as the product is approved to be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Return Shipping (if applicable)

If you have payed for shipping when purchasing the product then shipping will be free.

If your bought product had free shipping then the shipping return will have an estimated fee of around $1.99-$5.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item as well as the approval or rejection status of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

There is often some processing time between financial institutions before a refund is posted (between 2-3 days is normal). If you still have not received your refund after this time-frame, please send us an email at sethana t.b@gmail.com and allow us the opportunity to investigate the matter further. 

Gifts

Follow instructions above for returning online orders. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a digital gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please submit a request to our email team sethana t.b@gmail.com

If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. We utilize the timestamp information from the tracking link and delivery confirmation from the carrier when reviewing damage or return requests.
